Choice was not much as regards colors, patterns and size. However, purchased clothes today. The only thing that made me to do this was Zaheer. He took good care of me, answered my questions patiently with his convincing abilities. Max is lucky to have such very good employee. I wish him good luck. The link they sent me in their text message doesn't move after 3 stages or so and hence, this review.
The attenders on the second floor did not attend to us at all. Very worst experience, they are busy doing their work rather than taking care of puzzled customers
Worst customer service , they don't accept the max coupons. That's surprising! So called Supervisor Narashima chary was arrogant when we questioned him about the coupons which were valid till September 30th and were issued by them , and as a responsible person at store he is least bothered. And the customer rep at cash counter named Kavita, was at her worst .. she didn't even know how to talk with customers.. worst customer experience ever
