Went to this shop by seeing the flat 50% off on everything banner outside. But after going there we got to know the offer is only for selected merchandise. Total scam and the employees in the shop are least interested in customer service. The billing took too long and the worst part is they did not provide us the bill. They told we will receive the bill as message & its been a month and we never received. Horrible experience.

First thing .... the google search says it opens at 9.30 am but they are open from 10.15 am onwards... The collections were less this time.... In Western dresses section you have hardly 2 or 3 options.... The quality of dress and the fitting is good Reasonable price.... Service is excellent....archana helped me in selecting the accessories patiently.... Suggestion: to increase varieties in western dress section. To add more collections in Party wear for kids...

Shopping at max gives an experience. Staff are courteous. Design wise they are not improving when compared to their competitors like Trends. Spending for paper bags for the purchases made may not cost them much. In spite of unnecessary spending on bags they use to round off the balance by asking for charity for one or two rupees from the customers. The company may spend on charity on behalf of their customers from their CSR funds. Literally no arranged parking for the customers. Instead they had converted the space provided for sorting their goods.. Trial room inside locks are not proper. Durability of cloth may be improved on par with their international stores. Rest rooms signages may be properly visible to the customers..
Good collections, affordable price. Only issue with this store is there is no car park we have to park it on our own risk somewhere...
