Max - Shopping mall in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Pathetic experience.... The staff who was billing I gave her one jeans and the other I kept aside nd told her personally that only one jeans... Inspite knowing that she picked up the jeans on the side I kept nd asked me again when I was on a call intentionally.... And once the billing was done when I picked up things I asked why inspite of saying why she did she pulled the jeans that I kept aside.... That's why you don't have customers bcoz of such negligence... Never visiting this max again... Hopeless staff

Better to shut down this store as it's disgrace to other max stores. We had been to max today and it was worst experience. Kindly shut down this store as it s waste of customers time in selecting dresses and at last we get to know that due to server issue payment doesn't go through. The lady staff was okay to some extent and she said wait for 30 min and asked us to come back to get the dresses for which already amount had got deducted from my account. After argument we left to ccd and paid there .. the transaction was complete in ccd. When we went back to max and insisted it's their server problem and to give our purchased dresses .. they asked wait for 24 hrs as they didn't get msg tat transaction was successful. The most annoying part was the male staff speaking only in Hindi and with so much of attitude he blamed tat my bank server was down and there's no as working fine. Finally after 2 hours of shopping wasting time where there was no ac and lift being turned off as there were no other customers . we had to return empty handed . Not coz of server. Issue but the behaviour of this person at the counter was so rude. He was least bothered in customer service.

Really disappointed by the service by MAX - Esteem mall outlet. Shop opening time mentioned as 10:30 Hrs whereas shop opening at 11:00 Hrs.and customers were waiting outside this outlet. The behaviour of Security needs to be improved and he should be thought how to behaviour properly with customers.

I had a WORST experience here. I had been here today (28-May-23), Sunday, at 11 am to exchange my shirt. I was the first customer here for it and it took 30mins to make the exchange billing for it. The representative told me that it's the server issue and it take 30mins to up and running but they are able to make the billing for other customers who came after me. My time got wasted by coming early here.

Visited the Max store at Esteem Mall on 3-Jun-23 to do some shopping with family.. We were extremely pleased , especially with the service provided by Arpitha who spent a lot of time to show us the various options at the store. She was extremely courteous, professional ,patient and ever so willing to make suggestions, show various options and recommend what was suitable. Definitely an asset to Max . Thankyou Arpitha and wishing you all the best .... It was also good to see the steps taken by Max to.employ differently abled people at their store.

Clean and fast service. More variety can be added to the menu

A good place to have a break over here. Only issue is it's still under renovation take time to be called a proper shopping mall.

It's ok i like some clothes but it needs more to be so unique and special
