Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point - Vista point in Mawkdok - East Khasi Hills, India

It was a great view and had an amazing spot for taking good pics of the mountains and giving a breathtaking experience of nature. These two photos that I've posted were just shot naturally and posted without any edits or filters. So kindly spend some time in this spot and get some good pics.

Visited on 13.11.2023. Its mainly, the entry point of Sohra Valley( Cherrapunji). When you reach at there, you will become like frozen , this will happen because of the mighty view of sohra valley, khasi hills. Parking area is quite small. Two wheeler parking charge Rs.20/- per person Please be careful when you park the vehicle and cross the road. There is one waterfalls, you have to down & entry fee is Rs. 50/- (per person). Ultimate place for photo lovers, The viewpoint helps you to see unseen beauty of khasi hills. There is a few no. of local shops and one major restaurant for relaxing and fooding. Road condition is very good. Overall is a good place for taking picture, exploring the view of khasi hills. Road side vendor offers roasted corn, you can enjoy it by sit roadside border and viewing the scenery.

A beautiful valley view point, where you can spend a good time. Will suggest to visit in Winter for clear view and the more downstairs you go the more breathtaking view it is!

My ideal escape spot is located only about 30 meters away from the main city. It offers the perfect setting to relax and admire a stunning view while savoring the delicious corn prepared by the roadside vendors. Moreover, this place is renowned for serving the most delightful Maggie, making it an all-around wonderful retreat.

A beautiful place and you can see greenary everywhere. You can get the sound of water all over in monsoon. There are stairs and you can trek down to the valley to have more amazing view. You need to pay the parking charges for parking your car beside the road. Some restaurents are there.

It's located on the way to Cherrapunji from Shillong and is an ultimate place to visit. What a lovely eye catching valley view it is on the way to Cherapunji it is by the side of road only. Make sure to stop there enjoy the view and click some pictures, valley view morning/evening is beautiful. Go down the stairs to enjoy a great view of valley and there are Zip lines and other things also.

Have time to explore this place fully. Parking space available at hotel side and also road side. Must stop point on the trip of Cherapunji.

A place to visit with family. Natural scenic beauty cloudy landscape. A beautiful valley where we can see clouds traveling between moving up/down left/right anywhere. If lucky you can found yourself between clouds. Waterfall there is awesome. Too much waterflow.
