The room was infested with cockroaches and bugs, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep with my kids. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your comfort and hygiene. I had to extend my booking reservation and due to booking app cancelled my original booking, I got no refund for original booking and had to pay extra, twice amount. While I understand their non-refund policy, their complete lack of flexibility and empathy was frustrating. It's disheartening when a hotel values its policies over customer satisfaction. Mr Yeshwant was very supportive to arrange cab and plan the sight seeing. It was quiet homestay and located at the heart of the city. Famous mylari dosa is right opposite so no problem for food. They have milk, stove and fridge- kids can get milk / boost just like what they get at home. Economical and I would say value for money.

The stay is best in terms of location. Located at a walkable distance from Lokranjan aquarium, close to Ambara fine dining hotel and cauvery silk house and just below the stay there is reliance smart Store. Our rooms were interconnected, very spacious, with a very spacious bathroom. There is no in house food except Coffee and tea. But they served it promptly, The room was also very clean. On the flip side solar water heater is available so hot water was not available 24/7. The parking space is very tricky the cars had to line one behind the other which can get inconvenient sometimes. The view from room is also not great. But it is a budget friendly stay and convenient enough.

Rooms are good. Service and offerings needs to improve. Day 2 even a single bottle of water is charged. Parking is next door where the neighbor might complain to you. Also need to walk up a decent flight of stairs to get to the rooms . 2nd day power went out at night for more than an hour

I contacted Mr.Channa at the last moment for room booking and he graciously accepted the booking. I paid Rs.1800 for AC room and the room was very nice with heritage style. The AC worked well and toilet was clean. Hot water came promptly in the morning and TV had tamil free to air channels. Our over all stay was very comfortable. Special mention to Mr.Kumar who was very helpful during our stay. Highly recommended.

Wrost experience. Room are interconnected.. i can hear kids nois from adjacent room spoiling my sleep Attached gym which plays loud music Poor maintained rooms... Old infra structure and no maintained properly... Everything gets damaged easily and they are renovating at the cost of customers money... The toilet sync in the room alloted to me was not fitted properly. It slipped and broke.. i lost balance and hit the wash basin leaving high bruises... But those idiots cared only about the money and charged 10000 for no fault of mine. They mentioned it is the second incident . So few more rooms are there and few more incidents might happen again.

Had an excellent stay at Mauve Orchid for 2 days. Staff are polite and helpful. Soap, shampoo and towels are provided and the rooms were clean and hygenic. Everything was perfect except the TV which didn't work. Anyways I didn't bother to ask them to fix it as I didn't need it. Especially good for AFSB due to it's location and plenty of food options nearby. Tourists may find the location a bit inconvenient but still the service is excellent. Overall worth the money. Staff behaviour, clean and tidy rooms.

First of all I want to thanks Mr Kumar who is a caretaker in this hotel. He is very polite and his behaviour is so good. Then comes to hotel. Doors of the rooms are in such a condition that yu can't be sure about your privacy. Yu can see what is happening from room no 404 to room no 405 and room no 405 to room no 404. A lot of gap is there in between the doors. Water leakage in the washroom, Mosquitoes in the rooms.curtains can not cover the whole window as there is also gap in between.
