Overall the stay was good considering it is a low budget option. Room is spacious but tv was not working. Also no reception is present because of which their number is not reachable. This makes it difficult to locate it as no one picks call. Also not many local people know about it ,so even its difficult to call and reach. Rest everything was fine.
Excellent service and budget friendly. The housekeeper Yadav ji gave us filtered water from time to time free of cost, provided us with mosquito repellent agarbatti and also switched on the hot water on request at night. very kind and polite staff. Very convenient location right next to the railway station. definitely recommend all. bedding was clean and we were given fresh towels and soap as well. absolutely Enjoyed the stay. Privacy and kind behaviour by the staff. Non judgemental and helpful staff.

Rooms were fine but the area was my biggest concern. It is near Market but the hotel is situated near the slums. The view is restricted as there's no proper scenery around that can be captured. They don't provide any office or room service as such so one needs to call them for anything. The rooms are nice but not fancy enough. It is figuratively cheaper so if one can avoid the mentioned concerns then it will work for them. There are hotels in the market so lunch dinner won't be a problem. Mauli Niwas also provides food services so that can be considered as option as well. I was there for two days one night so it was no big deal for me. It was a good experience for me because place can be overlooked with the right company.
The room was basic. Bathroom was clean. Very near to Matheran station. TV was not working, even though we were told that it will be fixed, but never got fixed. Anyway, it was an ok stay. it's a safe place for family. it's near to the matheran station, so don't have to rush.
The rooms are budget friendly. We were three and comfortably accomodated. If you are just looking for a sleepover then it is good choice, but if you are looking for ambience, facilities not recommended. Cleanliness is okay. We have seen termites in the furniture present in the room, but we didn't bother much as we just stayed for a sleepover for 1 night. It is located among residential area.
Very near to railway station and Market. Reasonable priced and simple place to visit with no high expectations.
Room was good and spacious, but the location was not good, its in a slum area. No view. No amenities. Ac was there but the remote was found just a few hours before our check out. TV set up was there, but no TV. No office staff was there for any help, if you ask anything their expression was like, who am I, where am I, What I am doing in this earth. I am not satisfied overall. Its completely different as shown in the picture, and in reality. And the location through slum area, i hate the most. My bad..
