Great ambience. Rooms are very neat and cozy. Very quiet and amidst lush green plantation. Only con is the non-availability of non-veg food. But they mention this in the beginning before booking and very communicative staff. Had an amazing weekend staying in this property. Definitely coming back again someday.

A wonderful homestay in the forests. Very close to Jog falls and multiple locations nearby. Rooms were good but the bathrooms could be better and rooms could be maintained better. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay with family. Food was really homely and tasty and a fun place to go with a large crowd.

Not well maintained rooms(Washrooms are smelly) Hospitality needs to be improved. Food is average. Only good thing about property is swimming pool and it is nested away from main road and near to jog falls.

I dint felt any good thing about this place. As there were no intercom connection to contact reception, every time we need to go there and ask for things we required. Not suggested for families . A bunch of 8 guys came when we stayed there, they drunk and started shouting at 1am in the night till 4.30am no staff came to address this issue and we dint had proper sleep at all. Staff ask you to wait untill chef wakes up to cook for you even at 5pm in the evening which is rediculas. Food options are minimal and lacks taste. Breakfast and tea/coffee was very bad. As they charges extra for food and they don't cook what we require and need to adjust with what they give. Rooms are not maintained well. Avoid this place if you wish to have a relaxing vacation. Staying here is more of headache than relaxation.

Rooms, service, hospitality, ambience and swimming pool everything is good. Food was based on buffet system. Although you can order snacks. Non veg and drinks are not allowed in common area. Not recommended for party people. Preferably for families

Not worth it at all. Rooms are very basic and tiny, with a small little window, bathrooms again very small and unclean with broken showers. Overall house keeping is very poor. Cobwebs in the corners even at eye level, dirty walls and floor, bedsheets are stained probably not even washed. No wifi, no room service no television we were kind of stuck inside the rooms with nothing to do after returning from sight seeing. Though activities like plantation walks and night walk are advertised but not conducted. Staff is rude, kind of not bothered especially towards clients who are from other States. If you don't speak the local language then you are not welcome is what we felt.

Don't blindly watch their video and book, not that great in reality , if you are non kannada speaking then is an issue , Breakfast was good , rooms , bathrooms stink , noting great about the location the road is a roller coaster ride to reach here, Nature walk not guided walk around by urself , Not recommended atall , Pets not allowed mentioned near rooms beyond a point but we could see pets being taken to guest rooms, Bedding provided is unclean stained and smelly, bathroom was smelly too, besides a swimming pool , carrom and Batminton no activity, no Vodafone network, No television in the room. We wasted our money in the price we paid we could have booked a 4star property just becoz of long weekend we couldn't manage a reservation and chose this over anything else. Not recommended inspite of sharing review with booker no revert, this is how a customer is valued.
