Worst experince - asked them to setup a 3feet fish tank . All fish and internal setup wer purchased from this shop. They came for setup which cost 5000 after the setup no follow up was der . The tree which they recommened and kept inside the tank started to release stain . 100 times we called no response . 10 times went to shop no response . Dut to this all 8 fishes died . . Worst shop and very very bad response .
Visited Matsya and ordered for an fish tank setup of 4ft size to gift my daughter on her daughter. The team delivered products on time and setup was done more than our expectations. Thanks Matsya.we will surely refer our friends and relatives....
One of the worst customer experiences i have had so far... Had ordered a customized fish tank and wooden stand of size 3X2X2 feet. From the day of advance payment , his true nature came to light.. 1. delays supported with lots of lies including hospitalization..2. Wrong size of fish tank and stand than the one ordered 3. Wrong commitment of what was included and excluded in the package 4.Poor finish quality of the tank and stand 5. Within 5 months the waterproof plywood(19mm) stand has started bending in one corner .. He is interested only in money and nothing else... Folks kindly avoid his shop
This shop has variety of fishes at reasonable price. The customer service is amazing at this place. The shop owner treats or calls the fishes with respect and we loved it. Recommended place to buy fishes and birds. Ambience is very neat and clean
