This clinic is a killer clinic. even doctor Gyana Behera will put pressure for delivery even before 8/9 months ( premature ) telling that there is water leakage and other brain washing ideas. Nurse will give you mental pressure to do delivery in their clinic only. it's all for money. mf doctor.

Their is a parking space for parking of two wheeler but they don't allow for parking in its area. No parking facility for 2 wheeler. You have to park your vehicle in the road or infront of the someone's house

Absolutely bad.. The staff members are very rude at the reception counter even they don't behave properly with the patients. Nor they provide proper details of Dr arrival.. Time consuming process to meet the Doctor. Doctor Gyana Ranjan is a good doctor but due to staff behavior image goes down.

Baby and Gynocology Hospital: Advantage: 1. Very friendly atmosphere, nurses are very helpful and available for 24 hours. 2. Open 24 hours. 3. While Hospitalization, patient will get cash free treatment and the amount will.be added at last, don't have to pay each and every time. 4. Neat and Clean place. 5. Patient's relatives can stay at night (if cabin hired) Disadvantage: 1. They won't take payment through card, this place is cash only... 2. The lift is not big enough to Carry a patient on bed. 3. Drinking water only supplied at Ground floor. 4. They don't provide any kind of food to the patient (hygienic food deserved). These are minor disadvantages, surely you can go for it.

Really dissappointed with appointment process. 1-Taking appointment through justdail not valid here. Why to keep that option open? Which Misleading your appointment process. 2- No proper guidance / notice about the appointment process at hospital. What about new customer? How they will get an appointment without your guidance? 3- On Google it 24*7 support but no one picking phone till 10 am for support. If your patient got serious how you will support? So changed my plan to visit different doctor. Not sure about diagnosis so no comment.

Very bad as i visited 2 times.... From doing serial to meet doctor, nothing in good manners.staffs are not supportive.staffs are not aware of doctors arrival. No knowledge about patients care while waiting for doctors. When doing numbering at morning, staffs are saying come by 12clock but doctor coming at 3pm, which is very very bad. Doctor very stupid and need only money. No Debit card or credit card accepted. No computerised bill.... Don't go here.

Very bad service better to consult with other hospital. Payment system is very bad only cash. Staff are not so good. Service at cost is not reliable

It's not a good hospital.. Credit card and debit cards are not accepted in Matrushakti hospital . This hospital is providing all the documents in the name of Chandi Nursing Home. We have faced lot of problem during bill payment... No individual room for pre-delivery checking. Some staffs are rude behavior. Floor cleaning procedure is worst.
