I must say worst parlour they doesn't know what they are doing under experienced people. And they think people doesn't know a thing. Amrit the owner of parlour is so unprofessional weather it's making sure clients are satisfied, She literally ask her under experienced employees do work for clients so unprofessional. Worst hairstylist and makeup services in town. Don't waste your time here... I never give reviews like this to anyone but I had to so that if you are looking for worthful services it's not the place.
This place was good a few years ago but now all the good staff is gone and new staff is present who don't even know the basic customer handling. Happened to me thrice. First waxing was done by some untrained staff due to which i had rashes in my whole arm for almost a month... Next they did a bridal makeup of my friend which was more like a clown rather than actual bride... Third they had some untrained staff for doing threading of my friend who got at least 3 to 5 cuts during.... And then the staff was giggling there.... Worst experience
Very poor service... Non availability of hairstylist.. making wait customers for hours. Even I reached at 10 am , staff still hasn't come to the salon. I am very old customer from past 9 years I have been coming . Poor Very poor Matrix.
I was having my pre bridal makeup when they burned my neck while having facial before my marriage, spoiled my marriage, very old and bad products they use , and didn't even returned my advance money, very bad experience
Worst experience ....and spa wasn't even worth the money I paid ....they gave me hair spa for only 20 min approx ..ND I paid 1500 rupees ....worst experience....never want to visit this saloon ever ...I think owner of slaoon should assure that the customer should feel satisfied with the service they are getting ......service which they provided was not worth even one star .. nI shouldot have paid even 500 RS for such bad service
Had taken keratin treatment in January end .the result was very poor,my hair are back to normal texture ,its nit even been a month .wasted my money and time...would not recommend to anyone
