Worst Customer Service. No Client Satisfaction.No proffessionalism.Staff is also very rude and is not trained properly.I would not recommend anyone to book makeup appointments here.

Worst...Worst...Worst experience ever. I think Kaithal branch is just degrading the brand name of Matrix. They people are making fool of customers by giving poor services. Moreover they are overcharging by adding hidden amount in the bill without taking customers' consent. I advice not to visit this Kaithal outlet.

I've been regular to Matrix for haircuts since past few months now. They got lot of junk in their staff a couple of years back, but they have fixed it now. I always ask for Ajay as he is very good at what he does.
