Matrix Hospital - Private hospital in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

My mother had gone for a severe leg pain check-up. I have called them before an hour and enquired on what time my parents could go, they said 6:30 PM, the doctor will be available. The moment my parents reached the hospital, the receptionist at the was not diligent enough to respond and mentioned she doesn't know when the doctor is coming since he is in a surgery. My parents waited for another 1 hour 20 mins, and at 7:45 PM they mentioned it will take another 45 mins. The only issue is mis-communication. We understand the surgery is very important and respect the doctor's presence. But the staff in the hospital should have clearly communicated about the uncertainty and feel sorry and may be mention to give a call back once doctor is back so that my mother despite in a painful state wouldn't have waited for additional hour. Please ensure the communications are delivered appropriately.

Very difficult for middle class family to go here . Because they have unwanted tests for a small diseases that can a middle class family not afford . And some staff are crucial behaviour. Not updated about patient to patient attendance if the attendance not asked. Internal environment is good.

Very good treatment by experienced doctors and response from hospital incharge. Cost efficient and insurance claimable. Thank you for good service Matrix

I had admitted my wife for gall bladder surgery yesterday as it was nearby and the surgeon is well known in his practice. I was preparing myself for an average or less hospitalilty experience in Matrix Hospital due to past experiences and word of mouth. But, I had experienced a lot of positive change in the Housekeeping department and hospitality in few other departments. It looks like the management has taken steps to improve the hospitality services. I heard they had started from past couple of weeks. It looks reasonably good now but there is still some scope of improvement in other departments. I see the effort is intended to be on track if we as a patient/guests give Matrix another chance to experience their hospitality if we have a choice. And I suggest not to come with huge expectations like in corporate hospital, rather go with their area of location and value for money. They are doing reasonably good.

Hi All, Admitted for Hernia. Mr. Dr. K.S. Chakravarthy is a humble, well-mannered and professional Doctor. I am giving 5 stars because of getting good treatment. I liked the way they work, all the staff members, Cleanliness and maintaining good environment in the hospital. Manager Nagaraju is also very cooperative. I am thankful to the management for providing a good hospital in Ramanthapur.

Things beyond control after surgery 1. Pain at the knee!! You cant do anything about it. I wish it was something I was prepared for, no one can prepare you for what is in store 2. No physical sports for atleast 12 months, minimum of 9 months!! 3. Helpless feeling, mentally you need to be strong 4. Continuous physio when you have the time, keep pushing your leg on a soft pillow, towel or bedsheet. 5. Push yourself and keep pushing yourself 6. One more thing, Dr. RK Reddy sir, is always available on emergency calls, and he responds immediately to messages. This is god given blessing for the patients, as you feel assured about everything. He also arranges and monitors physio activities, and hes got a good sense of humor and on the face he will tell you the facts, which helps you get prepared for whats about to come. 7. Again no sleep, sleep deprived for atleast two weeks At present I am done with two weeks, and removing my staples and stiches today. I am updating all the above as it will really prepare you what is to come Please go ahead and contact, Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy sir, we went to Matrix only for the doctor and nothing else, and it was a pleasant experience overall. They didn't overcharge us, and upon that they were nice to us. Thanks and regards Patient and surgery completed...on the stage to recovery, 350 days to go for full recovery. Please remember no pain no gain. After anesthesia wears off.. you are in so much pain, nothing or no-one will prepare you for this..but in the long run its for your own good.

Dr Chakravati sir is good Doctor and staff also good in communications and friendly, but charged huge amount in billing . Starting they told one package , last they have charged extra amount , spl thanks for Soban for showing good surger is nearest to our house
