I really liked the hair cut and beard trimming services provide by matrix. I have been going there for past 2 yr and I have been taking services from MONU and it's been wonderful. He is very experienced and even suggests the styles which will suits better on the person. He is also very friendly person and can also suggest the services to take according to the clients need.

I wish i could give zero Star. Walked into the Salon in impression of getting a better service than other salons. Unfortunately Matrix Zirakpur could not stand their image. Wanted to get hair wash and blow dry done wasnt informed until my head was in shower that there is no hot water available, had to go through cold water torture in winters. Lady at reception to start with was busy eating lunch and was not interested in listening to my complaint or even asking what the problem was . Staff on the other hand were not ready to admit and started saying they didnt know as if its my responsibility to know. I was told a different price when i walked in but was charged extra , and again no interaction from lady at reception or the owner sitting next to her. No apologies or sense of saying sorry for our experience at their salon. Very disappointed. Will not refer Matrix to anyone..

I just spoke with a lady over the phone regarding the services they provide. I was so nice to her and I wanted to confirm the charges.so, she told me about the charges. So I asked her would there be any further concession I could get if I opt a package. All of sudden a person jump in to the conversation and kind of rude to me and said "that is the price we offer to our customers". The tone was really rude. I did go to matrix vip road zirakpur earlier and I liked the place so wanted to go there again. However, I would not go there now. Nor I recommend anyone to go there. The way you talk to your customer shows how educated you are and one more thing buddy you won't get back to you if you keep the behaviour like this only. Bad experience. Had party make up appointment today morning. poor... poor services. Untrained and idiotic staff. IlLiterate. poor way of talking. The head of that salon- Ms. Sameera. .made huge promises while booking but next mrng I was there at 8.30 as per my appointment time and the staff reached there at 9.15 to start the service. Really awful experience. I ll give zero stars.

Loved the engagement make up Sameera did for me! I also loved the party makeup that was done to my mother and my sister in law by her team and her! Additionally I also liked the facial, pedicure and manicure services! Totally worth every penny!

I think this is d worst salon u will ever visit in ur life. I went there for my global hair colour which came off within a month Nd a hair cut , which was no gud Nd after using the services which costed me Rs. 5500/- I till date don't know how & when I asked for a bill they said there server was down Nd when I went again to ask for the bill they simply refused saying we don't give a bill which came as a shock to me coz reputed brands do.

My Name is Preeti Manchanda, I visited Matrix for my facial , hair cut , waxing and head massage .. I must say my experience was fabulous and I think the employees are true asset . My Sincere complements to Aman who did an excellent facial and Rakesh who just changed my look with the hair cut .: I felt on the top of the sky .. Thanks to Sonia for a painless waxing with her beautiful smile .. She is too good !! All the Best to Team Matrix .. Others should learn from them ..

This is from my mum side! When ever she visits there, she feels satisfied. The humble and friendly nature of the receptionists 'nd staff is highly appriciated. Simply this place is worth of everything...at last i wanna comment it as BEST SALOON IN WHOLE ZIRAKPUR!!
