Best Maternity Hospital, Matrika Hospital, Somajiguda.. feels like more than a home.. Best Doctor Kalpana Alexander.. I was glad to take the decision to change my doctor in my 8th month for normal delivery.. I came across Dr. Kalpana Alexander and I was sure in first meet that this is the place for me.. Being a doctor dont recommend this hospital because of staff , dr.kalpana madam is good , Waste of time , Waste of money , Waste of everything , they don't have proper time management , no humanity, just money minded , the o.p nursing staff are rude , and inspite of having issued tokens ,they don't send serial wise , the scanning department also Same issue , they don't call serial wise , dr.kalpana madam is good , but staff is bad , pharmacist is money minded and she doesn't have humanity and she is rude , don't recommend this hospital .we come here in the morning and everything we go by evening , because of no proper management .
Worst experience, no time management, doctor is good. Staff is horrible you have to come with 8 - 10 hours of your free time just to meet the doctor.

I've heard alot of good things about the senior doctor kalpana alexander from my mother and decided to take my wife there for a lower abdomen pelvic ct scan only for the female doctors because my first preference elbit didn't have any female consultants at that moment, * first of all terrible parking space, * most elder doctors on the first floor chose to reply us with silence when the angry receptionist didn't do us any good help. not until a young lady from the facility tried to help us out and others. * Third the receptionist that dresses like a beggar was so exceptionally rude to us as she was to others aswell but more to us and it took me a while to realize why exactly it was because the scan we went there for required a gynecologist & since we're a young couple open to religious suspicion she blatantly assumed we were not married! iam 21 and my wife is 19 and it's india people are very sensitive about this subject i get that but she could at least being at a professional facility most of all a hospital could've considered the possibility that we're married or ask us at least! she didn't want to because she was ashamed to for reasons unknown and not wait until a doctor walks in to help us out with this terrible situation the receptionist created for me and other patients. she failed to help us by any means we already had the prescription all we needed was a CT scan and she kept arguing on us paying the consultancy fee when we didn't need that because my mother in law is a doctor she had already prescribed everything. anyway this hospital is good I've heard good stuff about the senior doctor but also that she would overdose her patients to charge them more and also in the other reviews here but well i haven't consulted her yet so not sure about that. the management needs to fire the arrogant receptionist and hire someone whose got a basic understanding of talking to people.

While Kalpana is a good doctor but there is no proper management it's 8th October 2021, I came here at 11 am as the receptionist told us to come urgently and Swarna doctor (Duty doctor) was busy with Her PERSONAL work couldn't meet her for 30min just for BP and weight and now currently writing a review at 2 51 PM still waiting for my wife to see Kalpana. Extremely bad management, it needs to be improved, if my first child wouldn't have born here I would never ever visit this hospital. Other than this it's a bit affordable than others. Kalpana is good but extreme waste of time due to improper management thank you.
