Ridiculous.....doctor is gud but the staff doesn't know how to behave receptionist is so rude as if she is doing favour on others by doing her job

Most useless staff ever. Please don't go you will feel very bad.

All staff is good except reception staff. Reception staff are not self responsible because they are told another person..another person told to talk reception..means totally irresponsible.....they are busy in talking with staff and gossips type .. and also there is a lack in online appointment system.. appointment time and doctor visit time is too much differentiation..my booking time is 11.30 and I visit to doctor about 2.00..

I've been visiting Matrachhaya Hospital for my Mother treatment from few months and would like to review the Hospital. Dr. Ajay sir is experienced and treat the patient very well. Online appointment is very relaxing as per today's trend, Hospital staff is also friendly. Only issue i faced is at the medical store, the staff is unprofessional ("Gaurav","Abhishek") and always make mistake in either giving medicine or in the bills(Wrong entry of medicine). Also, they usually deny that the card machine not working whereas it works properly. Yesterday, they argued made the data off and gave me to put pin, i saw the same and asked to correct it so it worked. I was about to report this to Dr. Ajay but had very little time so writing here. Request Dr. Ajay sir to kindly look into this and ask the staff to change there attitude. Thanks!!!

Dr Ajay panwar is the best physician in the city who cares evry aspect of the patient . diagnosis is superb so treatmentresponse is also quick . Hospital is equiped with latest equipments .

6 April 2021 - My grandmother is 82 years old. At this moment she is suffering from Headache, drowsiness, pain in ribs with slight cough. She cannot walk on her own due to the weakness from 3 days of fever she had. I tried online appointment - but next available slot is after 5 days i.e. 11 April. The staff is so un-cooperative and under-educated that on being asked for emergency service she asked why didnt i bring the patient since morning! She further shared that you can get the patient but ONLY after I see her vitals, that I will allow doctor to see her, but that too will happen after taking an appointment. Is this why doctors join this profession? to see patients only at their musings and mood? I dont know if the doctor is himself aware about this behavior of his staff. Really annoyed and sad to experience the inhumanness of people living in this world and in this city.

A stand-out hospital in Roorkee. Dr Ajay Pawar is different from many of the present day doctors. Gives a patient hearing to the patients, spends time in diagnosis and believes in prescribing whatever is just necessary and safe and adequate. Doesn't make you run around to other labs. Half of the investigation like Ultrasound etc. does it on the spot and without charging. He is technologically savvy, relies a lot on IT and is constantly in touch with the latest information on medicines etc. All around him are the latest diagnostic gadgets and equipment. Compared to others his hospital is neat, clean and methodical with proper systems in place. Responds on the emails and gives consultation too. His treatment is good and effective. One can rely and have faith in the medicines he prescribes. It is just that it takes efforts to get an appointment but its understandable because of the rush. A little more flexibility and ease in getting appointment will be good.
