Irritating Mosquito and flies. For marriage hall is good. Behind area is not that much good

We were a big group who visited this resort last week of May 2023. The resort is very close to Badlapur Station West. The staff Mr. Jitu and others were very cooperative and gave us the best service. The food was very good and everyone helped themselves to second helpings, the rooms are clean and well maintained. Its a very good place for families and children. There is a lot of area for children to play, open lawns and a lovely swimming pool and rain dance area. Behind this resort is the Badlapur River, where you can go for a small sightseeing visit.

Attended a cultural event evening on 01-Apr-2023 at Matoshree Resort, Badalapur Overall a average experience with kids. Good and polite staff. If you are planning for a small gathering like B'Day celebration, friends hangout, Anniversary party, small community get together etc 1. There is small kids play area where kids enjoy the evening 2. Spent some time with pets and near swimming pool area 3. Yes, good parking place Cons 1. Restaurant sitting facility could have been improved 2. Washrooms are not clean 3. Bar must be in a separate area, should not be in open spaces

Cool environment, silent place, near to tiver, nature.

10 minutes drive from Badlapur station. Service is very bad would never recommend anyone to visit.

Food is good, service can be ranked as OK.

We were a group of 14 friends who, upon much hesitation and discussion with the property manager had booked this place. In the website, the pictures given are misleading and the property at large could be called in the middle of nowhere !! First of all, when we reach the place there was no road for vehicle to go into the hotel !! We had to embark the taxi and unload our bags ourselves, none bothered to check us in or show us the way. The rooms are surprisingly elevated platforms with tents and very near to one another. As we were a large group, we were assigned a weeding hall converted to room !! There were no proper beds, and beddings had to be laid on the floor. There was no TV, no music system, two or three ACs, two fans and some four bathrooms. Despite our grunts and complaints, we had no other choice but to stay there. We played some pool and sat down in the garden for dinner and enjoyed the weather. Next morning we enjoyed some time in the pool, which was 4 feet deep !! As we travelled in a group, it did not matter much but it was a dead bored place with no ameneties. They did not even offer pickup and drop from nearby railway station. Really pathetic service and facilities.

We had an overnight stay with our friends, the room was in a very pathetic condition, food was unhygienic, tasteless. Its just not worth it, don't go as per the photos mentioned on their website or on Google, the check in staff was not polite. They served us half cooked food. All in all its just not worth the amount we paid. I will not recommend this to anyone, not even in my wildest dreams. Please Please don't go to this place. I wish I could give them negative ratings.
