I normally never put reviews but i am taking time to put this review as a duty to alert fellow travellers. First of all, Mr. Gurudutt kaushik and Tarun they operate these business from multiple names and google profiles.. So when they get bad reviews they shut those profile's or give you another google link with few but only positive reviews majorly from his own people. Do not rely on few testimonial videos or phone numbers they send. Issues we faced.. 1. Bad driver, filthy car, water leakage in car. Image uploaded.. Driver keeps spitting and the car keeps smelling. The new driver was again same.. He did not spit but smoked alot.. So we have to wait whenver he wishes to smoke or have a tea break. 2. He goes unresponsive once you make major payment and you are left with a driver who hardly understands ur custom itinerary. Tip.. Include Rickshaw and bikerickshaw cost in your total cost or take a maximum estimated cost of erickshaw beforehand. Tip2. Dont pay more than 3k as advance.. He has full connect with hotel so on checkout hotel will make u pay even for his bills which were never discussed before checkout.. Or hotel will give a bill with escalated room charges. So keep it on paper to pay him a major chunk only at the end of the trip. Tip3. Even if u have everything in writting.. Say in whatsapp.. He laters claims.. He did not read it or skipped thru it.. So make him write everything.. Tip4.. Go with a better tour manager.. Who has more than 200 positive reviews.. 50..60 reviews any1 can get these days from relatives and others.

Tarun enabled us new maruti ertigo and took us from mathura rly station morning 6.30 am and we had visited many mandir of lord krishna he is very honest and helpful person Now I wd like to call him again whenever Visiting Mathura Vridavan
