Complete tour package was planned by Gurudutt by Vridavan tours. Lot of issues faced with the travel agency (car) which was arranged for us. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and wastage of time during siteseeing. Overall we saw mismanagement and coordination issues at multiple places which was not expected. Overall it was an average experience. After calling few things rectified but we lost a lot of time in these issues. Could have been avoided to make the travel better.

My husband and I visited Vrindavan with my parents May 2019. We were blessed to have Jagonnath prabhu guide us the entire time. Even before our trip started, he spoke to us often and prepared an itinerary for us. His professionalism was impeccable. He expertly arranged our trip and made sure it was perfect the entire time. We were picked up from our airport with an extremely reliable driver - then taken to our hotel were he met us. He made sure everything with our accommodation was confirmed and we were comfortable before leaving the first morning. We were able to visit so many beautiful kunds, temples, forests, villages and so many sites where Krishna and his associates performed their pastimes. Jagonnath prabhu spoke English fluently and was able to narrate all the stories and history of each place in such a beautiful way! He is very knowledgeable about his geography of India. He took us to places that even some of the locals didn't know about! Not only that, but he was able to guide us in our pilgrimage to Tirupati over the phone! I have never met someone who knew so much about the towns and places to visit. During this trip we visited Vrindavan, Mathura, Rishikesh and Tirupati - and thanks to Divine India Tours, it was the most memorable trip we have ever taken. Jagonnath prabhu treated us like family and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. We live in the USA and didn't know anyone in India. But thanks to him, we felt like we had a friend/family there taking care of us the entire time. Even after we left Vrindavan, he was able to help us get passes to the Tirupati Balaji temple and guide us in the different parts of India that we visited. We are grateful to have found him! We highly recommend Divine India Tours; they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, dependable and caring. We came to India feeling like strangers in a new place but left feeling like we found a long lost family member! You will not find another tour company that is so exceptional! 2 to 3 hours drive from delhi Bake bihari mandir timing 7.45 to 12 and later 5.30 it opens Nidhi bhavan open full day Radha Gopi nath mandir is must. Do visit iskcon nd Prem mandir at evening 6.30 specially if u have kids they have all jaki of Krishna and look amazing at night . Goverdan parparth there are electric scooter they charge 200 rs per person for one parikarma. But hardly you can see mountain as full place is now village .there r 2 or 3 mandir they will show you. Mathura i visited main mandir where krishna was born . No mobile No eatables No keys No sanitizer No belts No bags are allowed inside mandir Only u can take money with you You have deposit them outside in locker. Be careful there are pickpocketers tracking advantage of crowd in all mandir. You get yummy lassi and rabri must have . Cabs are well maintained and with very polite driver. I was picked up on time from Delhi Airport and dropped at Vrindavan. Also I took the same cab for my tour to Agra and it was very well managed. All drivers are well behaved very helpful.
