This fish stall is run by Karnataka State Fisheries Corporation. Most of all the fresh water and marine fishes and crustaceans like crab and prawns are available ( Specific species to Karnataka region ) Fresh stock arrives on every Saturday and Tuesday. On spot cleaning of fishes, crabs and prawns is done by workers for few rupees.

Best place in Tumakuru to find different types of sea fish at one place, they have the option to cut and clean the fish you buy there.

Average hygiene fish was fresh and prices are reasonable.

Foods really good when there's any, everything is always over by 7 or 8, but when you do get what you want It will leave you wanting seconds, seasonal menu and most of the time you will find variety

Here only sea foods are available.. In the hotel they serves fish meals,bungude fry,prawns,neer dosa,fish kababs,angel fish fry,silver fish fry etc...we can also take fishes and crabs to home for cooking purposes,there only cleaning and cutting procedure are available..neat and good foods are providing taste is also fine...

No artificial colours,no chemical tasting powder added here.... Spicy and tasty fish fry... Fish meals are awesome.. reasonable price with healthy seafood... Must visit once...

Run by Karnataka Fisheries Development authority and you expectations of fresh fish were indeed satisfied. The items were quite tasty. Unfortunately we do not get all varieties of fish/other sea food on the same day. On the day we visited we could only get mackerel and nothing else. But it was good. There are fish curry meals available which can be taken with rice, ragi balls (mudde) or neer dosa. For ragi mudde and neer dosa you also get a small bowl of rice with rasam, buttermilk. Fish fries/kababs to be bought in additional if so desired. The cost of items is okay- not very costly or not very cheap
