Not recommended for family and friendsRoom has AC and geyser.Booked the room for 3 , they gave us a small room, they made us pay extra money saying they don't honor Oyo bookings , bathrooms were unclean, health faucet was broken , no exhaust fans. Unclean beds.
The manager was very rude and was using slangs on me and threatening me too just because I complained to OYO regd the extra charge he was demanding. TV was not working, no toiletries, towel bed unclean. Cupboards were dirty. At night people beside my room were drinking and shouting whole night.
Good rooms
They didn't allow checkin from OYO...I had to pay the hotel directly and book it. OYO refund process is as bad as their service these days
