Staff is ignorant, including the store owner. Didn't like the attitude with which they serve their customers. They don't have much competition in the area which makes them a monopoly and maybe that explains their attitude towards their customers. In terms of products, you would be able to get most of the items that you may have in your shopping list but I would recommend take you take a hard copy and give that to a staff member, otherwise they will take much more time to get the items.
