Well maintained hospital at reasonable rate for rural people in Sivakasi. Very supportive staffs, Nurses and Doctors. On need basis bring experts and carry out the treatment.
Overall experience was good with good facilities and support from the nursing staffs. Medical insurance was little chaotic along with admission. The Doctors and nurses were very helpful. I brought my mother in a very critical condition to this hospital. This hospital safed my mother's life. Nurses who have been working there were very supportive and kind hearted people. They are giving detailed explanation of each medicines and test which my mother was undergone/taken. Doctor is very cool headed and available for 24/7. Very special thanks to Nurse Pavithra who is taking care of all ICU patients very politely and giving proper answers to all our queries. Very clean. I would recommend the hospital management to accept cashless payment from insurance company though you guys are very helping in claims. But from Patient family's perspective I would recommend to accept cashless payment from Insurance companies.
It will be a great mistake .Fully commercial and they want only to make money. It's like a monopoly they are running. it's a commercial institute. Stay away frm these vultures who have fully commercialized at the cost of health and wealth of patients.
Facilities are good. Fees are affordable. But my suggestion is doctor should spend few mins to listen the patient problems completely.
