While I have high regards for quality services hospital is offering at affordable prices and overall hospital is clean regardless of how busy and crowded it can be, still would like to request SMO to rethink placement of Water Cooler next to the Toilets. Toilets does need more attention as they can be stinky and dirty. Imagine, how would you drink water from water cooler next to it???
I have first experience in govt. Hospital and I m continue my checkup with Dr. Rahmita ma'am she is telling everything in detail and clearly. I am very happy to liked your patience level which how to handle every patient and solve their problems.its actually very accurate and to the point . Good neat and clean
Staff do not have any manners in medical ward. Totally dependent on students. There should be rounds by Medical officers in night also as staff only want to sleep at at night. They do not wake up to see the patients condition. Very bad service to my sister who was admitted there.

Extremely poor management plus no concern shown for the patients. Good doctors but the SMO should hire management personnel who can make the visits more efficient and pleasant for the patients. But Very poor service short of staff unfriendly staff

Bad experience, Doctors are good but Labour room staff don't know how to talk patients, Unhygienic washrooms, Unhygienic way to treat patients.Before Delivery Helpers come to labour ward and tell how much money to give sweepers helpers and other staff.
One of the oldest government hospital in the city but lack of amenities like toilet, public waiting etc. Doctor patient ratio is very low which cause all the problems. Cleanliness is also a big issue. Staff persons are also not dedicated towards their duties.
