City Mall Fun zone is just amazing place to enjoy and relax your mind... The most loved place for kids in kota for sure.. Anyone can spent their whole day there without getting even a little bit bored... The games, staffs , cleanliness there was just perfect... They took care of every single person and the most amazing part was that the price of the games was not too much costly... I just love spending time there... Mostly the kids love the fun zone area... It's worthy to spend time there..

The place is situated on the 4th floor of the City Mall. They've got some fun games to play, to name a few Bowling, VR Cricket, VR Ride etc. The place is well maintained and usually less crowded. The bowling experience, however, is best of all!

The service was extremely bad , the guys who works there blasts music and they DO NOT listen to your requests . Very unprofessional way of doing things , they do not check for the transaction about online payment properly and their behavior is very rude . Literally only two bowling alleys are there , one of them doesn't even works , had to wait for 50 minutes for our turn, very small area, most of the games don't work . A total waste of money and time. please try going to other malls for a better experience .
