Good ambience. And good trainers. And very friendly environment. This gym help me for my transformation. Good peoples and instruments too. Spacious gym and they will starting zumba very soon. Azad sir and sahil sir is there for training. Very good link to bodybuilding shows.

Trainers wont teach you anything unless you join personal training.I am also not sure whether they will teach you after joining personal training aswell.Gym has less equipment .

It's a really good gym I ever visited. The trainers and head of the gym are polite and strict during a workout. Within one week I noticed results.

Unisex gym, quite good variations of kind of instruments. Friendly gym instructors. Open from 5.30am to 10.30 pm in normal days.
