Despite being a wholesaler in hardware and cement, prices are high due to monopoly over market. Counter customer service by way of handling inquiry is very very poor. One staff could not understand "coil sheet" (CRS) while two others were nonchalant. The fourth one was too busy to talk. I do not recommend anyone to make a purchase from this entity.
