Wonderful place to workout. Most of the equipment is new and well maintained. The main reason to join is the Coach Mr. sai Got a lot of positive feedback on him and turns out everything is as I heard. He gives you the diet, knows how to train with different muscle groups and makes you do some crazy gym.

This is a wonderful well equipped gym .Lots of new equipment to let you workout any way you want to. the best trainer I have ever seen before.guides us what to do for a perfect shape to our body

The gym is always clean . Good atmosphere. Gym coach Sai is always friendly and makes me feel welcome.The machines are great, The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around.

A perfect place for healthy routine, A performance gym along with body building. The best thing is the trainer, his experience and care and instructions are the best. All the equipments are new and in perfect condition. This gym contains that everyone seeks for.

To be honest. Its not the gym that matters its the dedication to once's own fitness that matters When i joined here for the first time i considered it to be like any other gym , where u will be given instructions for the workout and ull be forgotten . But this is ntg like that , the spirit and dedication of the trainer Mr. Sai towards his students is huge . He is a well trained professional , he givea u routine diet plans and so on . U will never feel demotivated whith this guy around u . I give u all the essurance that this is the gym that is worth the money and health .

I have personally visited that gym. I loved it everything was well organized well maintained. and environment was such good that motivate one to do exercise. u have found coaching staff well educated and was friendly with us abd learned enough from them. i loved background music . and one thing I wana add up is please organized timing as those who are working there should be late night exercise facility . thanks
