Rooms are too conjusted that, if you are inside you well feel like 'THE BIRD INSIDE A TINY CAGE' where it crews for its untidy. Coming to the rent side it is 'too materialistic' that the owner is 'too peculiar' in collecting rent rather then dealing with the NEEDS AND WANTS of their CUSTOMERS, they are charging too much (non AC Rs5500/- and AC Rs6500/-... THAT TOO IT IS FOR 2 SHARING ) for a tiny room...here, comes the main picture for single sharing their are only AC rooms which are too tinier than that 2 sharing rooms they are charging (Rs10500/-). While we register they will demand us to pay advance as Rs5000/- where it is not fully refundable it is partially refunded as Rs3250/- if any changes made in your room then that charges are put on your head and then remaining advance will be provided. Looking at food and maintenance FOOD is totally OUTSOURCING it is for Rs3800/- food is slightly better. Maintenance rooms are cleaned weekly once or 10 days once that too they won't clean the room properly, The bed they provide are too old and too stinky, on to your bed you could find small insects.. wifi it's too bad it is only for namesake. They have only one washing machine that is used by '24 ROOMS' you won't get a chance to wash your clothes and if you get also it won't wash properly.Where we look at ELECTRIC bill it is too high that you will be charged Rs11/- PER UNIT ....I THINK SO THIS WILL HELP YOU. I went there with my friend. His experience was so bad that he left in one month only. Rooms are small and so expensive. It's better to clear everything before payment. Ask every thing that you have to pay for

A good place to stay for boys studying in SRM. Good security, water availability, easy access to buses, Wifi and washing facilities.

Owner behaviour is polite & good.Comfort stay for working professionals. Rooms are clean and hygienic..

Great place if you are working nearby and need a good and decent accommodation. Good rooms. Single and sharing available. Has good WiFi and other facilities such as a TV and AC. Good for short stays and important business trips. Only downside is the poor water condition at times and size of rooms. The rooms are so small it will make you feel like you are in a prison cell unless you have a shorter sentence.

Nice PG Rooms are bit small but neat and clean.. Good Owner behaviour. Affordable price range. Food quality better than average..

One of the best places to stay in chennai near SRM, considering the price ((6500) AC 2 sharing) the rooms are decently sized and most importantly its clean, bathroom are very clean too, water supply is good and treated. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a PG to stay in near SRM ramapuram.
