I had a very good experience at the hospital. It is a hospital with a difference. A 5 star hospital. The staff is extremely professional, caring, and attentive towards the needs of the patients . The hospital is well maintained. . Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The doctors and nurses are not only knowledgeable but skilled as well. They are courteous and polite. They answer to the queries and keep the relatives well informed. It seems cure and care is their motto. The medical equipment and technology used in the hospital are of higher quality. The facilities are great.
It is a very good hospital, the service is very good here and the place is also very big, the rest are better than the doctors and the nurses and also give full support.
Extremely pathetic experience, they just try to increase your bills. Their management should be aware that there are other hospitals as well who charge less and give much better services and treatment to the patients. Their doctors work as a sales team rather than doctors. It's a shame that such a noble profession is being misused to such an extent. Would not even recommend this hospital even to my house maid.
I had a very bad experiences at masina hospital after the change of management this year. I had admitted my wife for deilvery. They charge alot but the services is not good and RMO doctor are unable to understand the patient situation and unable to handle the situation to.

Very bad experience, they won't explain in details about bills, no bifurcation, Management is very bad no respect to patients and relatives, management is responsible for degrading name of Masina hospital. Staffs are good but due to sick policy they're suffering to provide best service to patients and relatives. Masina is now known for hoarding money by showcasing vibrant infrastructure... Charges are more as compare to other renowned hospitals... 60k for normal delivery and for surgery will cost 1.10 lakh fixed but that also not fixed, there are better options in this range who can give best service. Not recommended at all.
