The food was really amazing . I started with the 5 day plan and now I've upgraded it to a month . The quality and quantity is on mark ! And it's REALLLLY HOMEMADE ! ...not like other companies where they say it's homemade but delivery hotel food m especially in banglre. Customer support is quick ! . Hats off to masala box and team .

We tried about 10 samples from here. Lunch arrives almost on time but dinner is always about half an hour late. Food is average. North Indian meals don't really come from North Indian households because the taste isn't from up North. Didn't try the South Indian meals. Maybe those are better. The carb plan is average, too. Too much onion in the salad a few times. Wouldn't get a big plan from here. Try Maa ka Dulaar instead.

Very unprofessional behavior from masala box. My wife and me Ordered onam sadhya and payasam worth more than 1000 for today I.e 31st. It's 5.00 pm and still tey havnt delivered it. They are not picking any of the calls. Worst customer service, don even have the courtesy to call and inform us wat the issue is. We can understand any delays or issues due to pandemic, but they didn even bothered to intimate us on wat happend and they ruined a festival for us.

This review is for service in Bangalore. I felt it was brilliant. I ordered chicken meal. First of all, compared to the price I paid, the quantity provided was good infact a lot. Second, the food tasted just like how it would taste at home. I guess this is what makes it unique because you do not want to eat hotel type food all the time for the obvious health reasons. Third, the delivery time. It was a total paisa-wasool experience

Horrifying experience with Masala Box - Bengaluru. I placed an order for a higher non veg meal plan amounting to INR 200/- per day thinking the quantity and quality of food would be excellent, however each day I received my meal the quantity kept reducing, food was salty, chicken was served same style with very tiny pieces, etc. I even tried sharing my feedback several times with pictures of food received however each time I was promised rectification which never happened. Further when I could not tolerate and asked a refund I had to chase them several times only to receive a short refund amount saying that they can't refund the entire amount due to taxes. This is ridiculous as a dissatisfied customer should be taken care of and a full refund should be given. Please don't waste your time with Masala Box and their team. Don't place orders with them.

Pathetic food quality and cheat company. I had paid money to Masalabox thinking that I LL get good quality home made food. But what food I received was rotten and stale. When I complained to Masalabox about it and asked for refund...they said they don't have refund policy. I would request everyone not to order food from this cheat company.
