Masala Magic Restaurant Palakol - Restaurant in Palakollu - West Godavari, India

Place is good, has a good parking space for vehicles, food tastes good. We can go there with friends and families to have a kitty party. There is a mini bar which will provide us non- alcoholic beverages. More over The place is hygienic. Had a good time with family.

Ambience is quite nice, food quality was good but quantity is not worthy for the prices, tried chittimuthyala mutton biryani which was awesome where we will get 4 to 5 mutton pieces. Next we tried Masala magic special biryani serves with boneless pieces and a small cup of kaju chiken curry which was average. Only one girl is serving for all the tables which I felt very bad for her. Spent 2k for 5 persons which is higher than usual.

We ate the food in the restaurant, But it was NOT GOOD AT ALL....! IT WAS POOR..! and it is difficult to rate the food even 1.5 star, The restaurant ambience is very good .And They receive the customer very well They also talk to the customer very well......! :To put it simply,The food is not good. But they served well, we complained to the management that the food was not good, they said we will do better next time, we think it is better to change the chef.

I was thinking this restaurant is best according to rating and I went to the restaurant to taste the food though it was newly Started/established. I took a parcel of Family pack fry-bit biryani and 1 full fry-bit biryani to my home and the food was spoiled and food was getting bad smell which is not good. When i contacted the management about the issue the workers in the restaurant was not taking it as a issue and there is no proper response. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The taste is good. I loved it. Byryani is not too oily like most of the restaurants. Starters are good. Coming to veg I loved crispy corn. It's really spicy.

1. Wasting lot of customers time with very less seating space inside. 2. Very worst taste and they even didn't know how to prepare dum biryani. 3. Road side food is lot better. 4.Very noise inside. 5. Dont waste your precious time and money.
