A very good place for someone looking for a fitness centre in the location. The management and staff is very cooperative. The good part also comes in with the specific way of handling individual. The entire setup machinery is very well to do. The package rates are also pocket friendly. Recommended all good reason. Although located in the basement its well ventilated and all the necessary precautions are taken care. The overall environment is friendly and positive. Best time to select is the mid morning or afternoon. The trainers make sure proper guidance is given even if a PT is not opted.

No value of time worst experience at morning waited 40 minutes to open gym . Watchmen missing no keys with Trainners . waste of time at morning . Last 3 months more than 5 days i have waited outside gym from 5am to 5:20 ,5:30 today waited almost 45 minutes .....
