Had a pleasant stay there. The room was spacious and clean. Room service was quick and responsive. Plenty of space to park cars. It was also very easy to commute from the hotel, as it is at the centre of Kalpetta. Let it be the staff at the reception, at the restaurant or the room service staff, everyone was really nice. Really bad experience with the service of this hotel. No kitchen available so only breakfast served. Bad breakfast. Rooms smell of dampening Geyser doesn't work properly. Lifts not available. Staff is ignorant of their own hotel. Rooms are pretty compact and they are saving their mattress with a polythene cover don't know why.(makes it frustrating and uncomfortable)

Furthermore, the towel clothes were of cheap quality, which was a letdown. On the plus side, the bed was perfect, and I had a great night's sleep. The reception and hospitality were super, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there was no room boy to accompany me during check-in or check-out, which was slightly inconvenient. The swimming pool was small but clean, and I enjoyed taking a dip in it. There was also a small gaming area, which was a nice touch. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel room with a good bed, clean rooms, and hospitable staff, the Marza Inn hotel room can be a suitable choice. However, if you are looking for an ambiance and breakfast experience, you may want to explore other options.

The stay is in prime location. Rooms are awesome here. Very peaceful and really executive. The staff helps you whenever you need and respond immediately. The rooms were maintained at the best. Swimming pool is . Overall it is worth to stay here.

Worst Experience!! We stayed with a group of 35 members for 3 days at this Hotel. The front desk executive was not properly managed and not provided the complementary breakfast sufficiently. The staff were not properly trained, the Manager was simply irresponsible. Food was not up to the standard as per their tariff and no room service were provided. In some of our rooms, the AC was not properly working. Literally it was a very bad experience and overall not recommendable.

One of the best stay in kalpetta, i had a pleasant stay at MARZA INN, Staff and Management were hospitable and also have wide spread breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you team Marza for giving wonderfull memories

As it is a New property rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Only problem is with the hot water availability as it will take around 10 mins to get the same .
