This is the first time I was admitted in Mary queens mission hospital for my child treatment. Good service from all department. Especially special thanks to nursing care at SH ward. Day and night staffs are good. Their dedication and commitment towards their job is commendable. They are very friendly. Room is very neat and clean. Cleaning services also good. Thank you

My wife and I had a mixed experience at Mary Queen's Hospital. The admission process and our stay in our room were both very smooth, and Dr. Meena was great. We were really excited to be expecting our first child. On the day of my wife's delivery, she was taken to the labor room for her second dose of medication. She was in a lot of pain, and the nursing staff told us that she might be delivering soon. Later, they informed us that she would be having a C-section, which we were fine with. Our baby was born at 6:57pm. The next day, my wife was moved back to her room. She told me that she had a terrible experience with the nursing staff in the labor room, especially Sister Liza. She said that Sister Liza was very unsympathetic to her pain. She also realised that there were shortage of staffs in the labor room. My wife was very emotional about this, and I felt terrible for being left alone during the labor pain and felt very bad that she had to go through that. I want to say that we had a great experience with the rest of the staff at Mary Queen's Hospital. Dr. Meena was amazing, and the other nurses in our ward were very kind and helpful. But one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, and I think the management needs to do more to train their staff to be more hospitable to patients. I know that labor pain is a common experience for nurses, but it's still a very painful and emotional time for the patient. It's important for nurses to be understanding and compassionate, especially during such a vulnerable time. I hope that Mary Queen's Hospital will take my feedback into consideration and make some changes to their training program. I would hate for other patients to have the same negative experience that my wife did.

John Paul ward Room no 406 Jonathan Titto Zachariah I felt safe and well cared for and reassured at all times.. My son was admitted on last Thursday due to high fever and cough . He suffered a lot to breath.. Thank you so much for Manoj doctor and John Paul ward nurses for take care my son now he feel good and happy We are satisfied with your professionalism and commitment to excellent nursing care.. This is not our first time in this ward my father also admitted here before on that time also we get same nursing care from each and everyone. Also I want to say thank you for room service.. I was admitted 2 times in Mary queen's mission hospital and underwent 2 major surgeries... My experience was great.. The cleanliness of hospital is excellent.. I got good patient care and mental support especially from Operating room staffs... Thanks to all..

Good and clean place . Appreciate the way they keep the hospital Hygienic . Staffs are helpful.. enough parking facility . But i doubt the parking is enough for week end rush hours . The new canteen facility is too good and it's looks like a high class hotel with reasonable rates .. thumbs up for the canteen
