Very very worst service. No towel, no water. Blanket having the very bad smell.. Worst behaviour of reception staff. Not able to contact because there is no telephone system. Hot water also not coming. Don't go this hotel...

This hotel is very close to city and have good view from your room. If you are looking only for stay then it's best place but don't expect anything else like food or any other facilities in hotel. That hotel guy is also very friendly.

Highly not recommended, Room was exceptionally good, they are charging more compare to other 3 or 4 star hotels, but they are not providing any room services, before booking they said hotel is near by. after booking we have to go to valparai junction only for food, before 8am itself they switched off hot water, again we need to find the staff to hanging them to switch on hot water, (they have control of hot water) staffs are also not friendly rough behavior. Please do not book this home stay

Stayed at this place a while ago. But had to write this. The nightmare started with the parking. They are selling their parking for 200 rupees or else park it on the narrow roadside. The receptionist claimed the parking space to be someone else's but it's practically the ground floor of the homestay. The cheaper rooms of 1k are very narrow and so I was forced to pay another 500 for better rooms. The receptionist person was rude and had slightly creepy behavior. As I upgraded the room, he spent 15 minutes in the new room locked from the inside. Didn't get hot water always in chilling weather. The bedsheets had stains or dirt on them due to age but he claimed it to be how the sheet originally looked. Random people could walk outside the side window. The view from the main window is nice though.

Excellent place to stay. The room is simply wonderful with cozy bed & geyser for a rejuvenating hot water bath. Friendly & helpful staff. Owner is also very cooperative & helpful. In a nutshell, a pleasant place to stay at a pretty reasonable & low cost

Don't refer to the google map reviews, which he intentionally takes the guest mobile phone and put reviews. This is an edited reply. My honest feedback is The room boy gives more restrictions like room with view having 500Rs extra, no food allowed etc... The bed is okay, and the room is clean No hot water, no outside food allowed, nor did they give randu vattu. The air circulation is less. Soap and towel not provided. Just expect the bed and sleep.

Very comfortable and peacefull rooms are very clean makes our day perfect
