Impressive location is quite near the railway junction and Buddha park. Overall the hotel was quite good, well maintained, and tidy the garden in the front of room was also sooo beautiful and awesome as well however the hotel was very good. But I felt something that is the rent of the for 1 is 1300 at non AC which is quite expensive and can be reduced after which more and more guests can be able to take the room for stays. Leaving that everything of that hotel was very good .

Fantastic location but little old and mouldy. No free breakfast. my online price was 1800 but they asked me 4500 for a suite room. When I cancelled my booking they offered discount. Staffs lacked professionalism. They wouldn't accomodate our kids an extra mattress..so we left for a newer hotel that had cleaner..newer room and offered free breakfast for all for the same 4500 price.

Good location at Frazer Road Patna. Walking distance from Patna junction railway station. But hotel is old and building is not proper maintained. Beds are not fluffy. Very hard beds and not for sleep well. Two restaurants inside the place and a milkshake Parler inside the place

I first went in 2012 but even in 2022 the condition of this hotel was same. Very bad behavior of the receptionist and even worse & third class service from the room attendant. Apart from this, the lack of renovation in the rooms and very minimal amenities along with the disgusting washroom makes the hotel worse than a Dharamshala. In Pros, I would like to say only one thing that its location is good and some of the surrounding are good, only this hotel is getting its advantage.

Worst experience from a woman POV. Went to Patna for the very first time with my brother and a friend to attend my sister. But the receptionist, a man, first asked our relation - I mentioned we are cousins. Then blatantly said you need to book 2 rooms. I asked why he said, because you are a girl and these are boys. I felt not just embarrassed and flushed. I felt the judgement of my character in his eyes. I was furious and tried. While the men around looked with sympathy, no body said a word. I kept complaining about how ridiculous his statement is but he went on attending out customers. We later left that hotel and booked another online. It was a scaring, traumatic experience for me. So that i know no woman, married or unmarried deserves that. (P.S. My parents have stayed in the hotel multiple times, so they recommended me that one.)

Rooms are ok in terms of cleanliness. But have very old interior design. Very basic looking. Rooms are also over priced. In my view you should visit city centre hotel .

Very unprofessional in dealing with the customers. full of fake arrogance. Seems to be living in the era of grandeur. They talk and behave as if they are the best in the market. But, in reality, they are one of the worst. Except food, there is nothing good about this place. Food is clean and good....you can choose this place only for food. Stay elsewhere but you can have food here.
