Great place to stay, was with my family for my father's birthday. Wonderful hospitality by the owners and staff. Clean large bedrooms and view from the garden is a must. Glad we booked this stay as it was very close to the town yet secluded. Must try their soft idlys

I stayed for 3 nights with my husband and in-laws. The host was very kind to suggest places to visit and restaurants to try. The 1st room is cute and elegant. The second room is just a room with 2 separate beds. A group of 5-6 can stay together. The weather is too good. For the price we paid it was definitely worth it. It would be better if the host had mentioned the elderly couple to take the room behind, which had minimal steps. My in-laws kept hitting their heads in the toilet doorway and were about to slip near EWC due to the height differences. You will need to wait a bit for the cistern to refill for you to flush the second time. Water in the bathrooms are cold, so recommend to fill your bucket with hot water rather than going for the hand shower. I would recommend going out for food or buying ingredients and making a quick breakfast.

This is one of the hidden gems in Kodai - the lakeviews are to die for and the property is rustic yet comfortable and cozy with two huge bedrooms. Having travelled with my partner and friends for a weekend getaway - it is the perfect place for a romantic/break form the city. In spite of being in the city and not remote, the location is quiet with breathtaking views and multiple outdoor spots for consuming the views for reading, sitting out, having meals. Arjun & his team are wonderful hosts taking care of your every little need from arrival to departure - the meals are homely, the staff is too courteaous, the vintage building is comfortable & hygienic and has all the amenities for a safe & hassle-free stay. Will highly recommend this to every traveller - experiencing monsoons/winters from this property is an unforgettable experience.

We travelled during a long weekend hence kodaikanal hence it was crowded. However this villa was a bliss , nicely tucked away in a private compound . We loved the view and spent most of our time in the garden . The food served was delicious and hygienic. It was better than most of the properties that we have stayed .

The whole place is a vibe. Must visit to enjoy a calm and serene feeling amongst nature . We visited in peak season n still enjoyed peace and fog . Service was fantastic no follow up needed. Special thanks to the host for putting efforts to keep my elder parents comfortable.

Kodai is a very touristy place, probably a bit too touristy for my liking. However, Arjun's property proved to be an absolute haven. Nestled away from all the hustle and bustle, it offers a great view of the lake from its lawn. The villa, an old British property, has been wonderfully modernized with all the conveniences one could ask for, without sacrificing its old-world charm. For me, the highlight was the retro-styled drawing room on the first floor, which provided a picturesque view of the lake. It was, for me, the best spot in the villa. Having experienced Kodai for the first time, I can confidently say that if I return, I would choose to stay at this property again.

The villa was amazing stay. The food we ordered informed to less spicy as i am allergic to spicy food. The caretaker made very spicy. I faced whole night stomach burn and sleepless. The food was tasty but spicy level is very high
