Pretty impressed with the way they handled my enquiry. I was in touch with the sales executive Shahabas, to buy a new car for my sister. I previously owned Hyundai, Chevrolet, Renault and Volkswagen cars and I never got such a professional response anywhere else. The first point, the sales executive realized that customer time is valuable and I have other important things to do. I have never been annoyed with frequent calls. As I mentioned I have a busy schedule, he always sought my permission on whatsapp to call me. The second point, the executive's attention to detail. I never had to give an instruction twice. I was looking for a blue brezza, and he gave me a timely heads up regarding the stock shortage and the need for an immediate booking. I was also in touch with another maruti dealer, but they never realized they won't be able to deliver in time until I asked them to double check the vehicle availability as per the information from Indus. The third point is they were very helpful and informative. They managed to quickly arrange a test drive on the exact same variant I was looking for. Not all dealers do it, as I was kept waiting nearly a month by another dealer and got a manual variant to drive though I was looking for an automatic version. The fourth and most important point, he is trustworthy. He never tried to lure me by giving false information or promises. I consider this as the most important aspect, as I felt disappointed and cheated with two of my previous car purchases. Happy to recommend them for anyone looking for Maruti Suzuki.

Don't ever buy used cars from indus motors true value section. They are cheating & fraud sellers. They will change the KM reading & other things of the used vehicle, especially there is a sales executive, his name is ANIL pls avoid him.
