"Maruti Suzuki True Value Pathadipalam Kochi: Broken Promises, Deceptive Practices, and a Warning - Stay Away!" I had an extremely frustrating experience with Maruti Suzuki True Value in Pathadipalam, Kochi. I purchased a car from them, expecting decent service. However, not only was the service subpar, but it seemed like they didn't even attempt to fix the issues I reported. After submitting my car for service, I received it back with the same complaints unresolved. When I reached out to True Value, they shockingly claimed they weren't responsible and redirected me to Sai Service. Sai Service, on the other hand, stated that they had documented all the issues and handed them over to True Value. To my dismay, Sai Service informed me that they had only performed basic tasks like body washing and oil top-up. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with the Pathadipalam showroom. They made grand promises before the purchase but failed to deliver on them. I implore you not to buy a car from this location. This review is genuine, and I hope it helps others avoid the frustration I've endured. I even tried reaching out to higher authorities, but they provided no real solutions and merely promised to call me back, which never happened. Please, save yourself the trouble, and do not purchase a car from here.

These guys are fraud, unprofessional. Recent news regarding True value Fight in ernakulam, they attacked female customers without mercy inside the showroom. Very disappointing! Do not go for this company.

I brought alto k10 in 2015 and they told me nice car without accident and low km, while i sell this car last month they told me it had a major accident its 4000 km and they reduced a huge amount for that,a, and changed 2 doors and etc, i trusted them. Because they are Maruthi authorized dealer, and that's my fault trusted them and didn't checked with any experts, any way i am not suggesting this dealers and service was also bad.

I have purchased a car from here recently. We cannot call this as a True Value showroom as they don't give any clarity on the details of the vehicle and also they don't provide any assurance for the vehicle. I didn't receive the spare key and user's manual of the vehicle. There were some scratches on the vehicle and the sales manager promised to fix all these issues before delivery. On the delivery date what I saw is wax applied on the scratches. Ideally those places are supposed to be painted as the paint layer was not present on the scratches. The clutch of the vehicle was worn and the steering bush was also worn. They delivered the vehicle without fixing any of these and charged the premium amount from me saying that it is True Value. I didn't had much time to check the vehicle and that is the reason I purchased the vehicle from True Value by trusting them. We cannot trust these guys. They are just another dealer.

I purchased a car 8 months ago, its flood affected, it cost 57k whn i purchased, whn i went to sell my car, they said 25k, dont trust them.

Purchased a car from this showroom.During the purchase they've told that the vehicle is of First ownership.But,actually it was of 3rd ownership and also it was flood affected.The issue is not resolved yet.Never buy a vehicle from this showroom.Such a kind of sellers should never be promoted.
