Not recommended; one of my biggest mistakes ever I did.I took one ignis, and while I am doing a trial as an informed salesman, there is very little break. and they told me they would make sure before delivery they would clear and hand over. Unfortunately, while I was delivering, there was no break. The next day is Sunday, and they told me the next workday, and I gave them my car, but they kept one whole, and nothing happened. Finally, I told them I would repair it out of my pocket. The point is that they promised me they would clear everything. but nothing happened. I will not suggest, based on my experience,
My second review after 6th day of my first one. I was informed that I will receive a call from your sales executive to take me through the available products. Today is my sixth day of wait, unfortunately I am not lucky enough to receive that call from your sales person. Understanding the pointless wait, I myself initiated and spoke to your agent explaining my grievances today, her reply was "immediately we will arrange a call", fun part is - that call is still awaited. Now my doubt, do you have certain criteria for customers to qualify and buy your product or is this the customer service you offer to your customers....? Just tell me, true value is not interested in selling car to me, simple as that..! So I can just stop connecting with this disappointing team. Thank you.

The worst after-sale service ever experienced. I had bought a second-hand Swift car from here. It is more than 7 months now. I haven't received the RC for the vehicle till now. The car is still in the name of its old owner. I have been told from there to receive the RC within one month of purchase of the vehicle. It was all their mistake that they had made an error with the insurance of the car. I was fooled for these whole 7 months as I have believed them for what they have been saying for these all months. I warn each and every customer who is looking to take vehicle from here to have a person who has enough knowledge regarding all these procedures with you. Otherwise, you might be fooled by those unethical staffs who will not bother about you after they receive the cash.
Young Mr. Jishnu served me, very polite and brilliantly smart guy, he is more than happy to go extra miles by identifying customer needs, I am more than happy to make another custom!
Keep your brain in your pockets when you make a call to this true value... Those fellows named as executives (don't know what type of execution they are performing) answers to your call with earphone on ears, mobile phone scrolling with hand, poor customer in the front and zero balance in thier ethics account.
