Their service quality is average & parts availability is main concern as I couldn't get Air Filter even for latest Alto 800 during my first 3 free services & have to get it outsourced from another MS Arena showroom. Plus they didn't perform all checks mentioned in service book. They're like all the other Arena Service Centers in country in this regard & if you really wanna some good experience then purchase a Nexa vehicle. Your Arena experience may vary but I'm telling your from my personal experience which wasn't that great.

Visited, Because rats have been able to go in my cars ac vents. I have to wait for three Days for that repair. But when it arrived I was completely satisfied. They took care of every things even my small requests have been taken good care.
