Worst service ever I had from any Maruti dealers. Normal garages can do better than them. Fluid top-up & Refill (Brake fluid, coolant fluid) Interior vacuum cleaning Full body washing Roat test Service campaign special offer: 699/- only (For this week) Thank you sir Once you are there, they will check your vehicle and identify some add on issues and advice you to go for some other service package options. Definitely the amount will be 10 times higher than what they offered. May this kind of dereliction is usual. I am not bothered about that. What aggravate me more, During service time I have requested the service representative to remove dye stain on the left side door of my car could be removed. Unfortunately, when the car was handed over to me after the service was over, the door was left in a state of disrepair that needed to be repainted. They rubbed and scratched that area with something. When I asked, they told the painting division tried to remove the stain, and they said that the complete door should be painted. Later their representative offered me they will pick the car and do polishing. But cannot assure it will be removed. Additionally, after the service there was no much changes for the car which I was usually come into contact with.

Great Service by popular maruti suzuki

Worst service ever, I recently went to them for their so called " authorised service " and had the car delivered with all sorts of problems. If people can be cheated in limelight, then this service centre will emerge the undisputed winner. To talk about some problems, the warning light for engine oil was blinking, clutch disk was complaint, they filled with some kind of a low quality engine oil... Please don't go to this service centre and get robbed in broad day light like me. I lost 14,000 and it is upto you to decide.
