Maruti Suzuki Service (Narayani Motors) - Car Service Station in Puri - Puri, India

Never I faced like this service in my life, I went Jagannath puri tample during that time one of the part of my vehicle break down I did everything as directed by road service team but they didn't provide towing or any service from 7pm to next day 9am . early morning I tried many time for towing but useless afterall I used private tempo to reach there service station but thier workshop manager and his team no any care about that we were from out state and should be more active to fix the problem only they were doing promise but do nothing, after 10 hours at work shop I call to his GM Mr. Akhtar and he try his best to find and fix the fuel tube and finally arranged by him I want to thank Mr. Akhtar. Finally the problem solved after 25 hours, the other things and the team were totally bad experiences. Maruti company must improve their road service response, If you want any service I suggest please go to Bhuvneshwar because here is nothing even small things like toilets or their service. If Maruti can see my post please take care about service station and road service response.

Very bad staff all staff try to income extraa mony my car already scatch all of body they are known it bcz it not of narayani motors car so I face thish problem

Service is not upto the expectations. Once the warranty period gets over, priority towards those customers gets also over. You need to wait about 6 months or more to get your car repaired and to get response from customer care. General toilet is there not ladies & gents separate. Very disappointing service by Narayani motors.

After spending a good amount and with changing of new parts my problem still not solved .it is as before. Vehicle is detained in service center for 2 to 3 days for only changing of lower arms .

Service is not up to the expectation. After replacement of spares also problem remains the shame in fact problem doubled. That means they don't aware of the repairing and technical skill and experties are also very poor. Need outmost improvement in maintenance and services. Many body shop activities are also not performed here, they will refer to Bhubaneswar..

Service is very good that guy Jagdish bodyshop advisor gave very good response to us he felt like a relative and gave such good response
