Very bad service, When i visit Indus motors office on 21/06/2023 to change my vehicle's mirror but they are not ready provide the same and guided to purchase the same in local market..

Worst customer care service We purchased breeza from them, after payment they wont deliver vehicle.. Even it arrived on showroom. No response for call and messages. It takes long time to deliver. Most irresponsibilie people. Please dont go for a purchase from them

Since our car battery was down, we called the showroom. Showroom was closed as pattambi was in containtment zone and also it was raining heavily. So they immediately called ottapalam showroom and the mechanic reached within 45mints. Helped to get my cqr battery changed. Thumbs up for their service!

Maruti suzuki service centre. Overall good service. But their yard is not closed yard so if any delay happened in service car will become dirty .

Delivered Baleno Zeta with lots of scratches in interior and exterior. After sale response is utter disappointment and useless. Arrogant manager and sales team.
