Very pathetic service, not accepting vehicle for service from three days for a sensor issue, telling can't accept the vehicle due to huge number of vehicles are pending. Is this professional approach? Very disappointed @maruthisuzuki
Space constraints are there in the service centre. Too congested and narrow. Service is average. Good enough number of staffs are there.
Gave our vehicle for body repair , they gave an estimated time of completion and never sticked to it. Never gave proper communication about the work completion time. We went there multiple time to take our vehicle but they kept on changing delivery timing even they asked to come next day. We had a very bad customer service last time and we believe these reviews will be counted for enhancing the service. Indus u guys have a very good reputation please dont spoil it with these kind of activities.
