Staff doesn't have a skills of quality customer service , most of them not shows interest in customer service I believe it reflect the leadership who doesn't provide training and motivation

Friendly service. Went there for an urgent work. They were quick and helpful in fixing the issue. Will definitely go back here for a thorough service next time.

Good customer support and work

Horrible experience. I gave my car for third free service. They put a lot of pressure to do the wheel balancing. Calls after calls. They threatened me that I may lose warranty if I dont do the wheel balancing from maruti service station. I called another dealer and they said which is optional and customer can decide. I lost my piece of mind. For not doing the wheel balancing they refused the picked up vehicle to drop at site. They says which is chargable. (no dealer is charging for the pickup and drop for nearby location for the free service)

I given for painting for my swift car last week. Very bad painting team, no finishing, got damaged so many areas of my car. Later on after making the complaint problem solved now it's good.

They are quite good . They treat you well and the service provided is good and honest . It's also good for the part of Maruti company to provide with them the complete history of the cars repair and service jobs as it gives the customer a self satisfaction that the company does take care of their customers. Keep it up guys !!
