Horrible experience for almost a rs.25K service!! Picked up nd offered the delivery to my residence at 5pm after 2 days. But then the delivery was delayed on that day on purpose so that i wouldn't notice the big patterns of scratches they made on the C-pillar while working on the shock absorber below that, and the deep paint-cut long scratch lines due to careless driving. Initially said, they wd deliver at 3pm, then changed (for me)to 5pm..but then they delivered the car at 8pm, with rear left tyre punctured which i noticed later only. A real nightmarish experience with indus kottayam whom i ll never ever approach for service again.
Shokam place, not enough place. Below average atmosphere and behaviour.

Customer service was appalling. One staff asked us to wait as they are on break while other staff were standing around eventually the supervisor asked one of the staff to take over. One good experience was that they delivered the car at night around 1000pm with he security issuing you the receipt which was real convenience.
Very poor service. No follow ups received for damages done from their side.

Excellent well maintained space to host a get together. While the main hall may not be large enough, they have plenty of space to setup larger tents to host bigger events. The riverside ambience is great.
