The worst service ever received. After the previous service they have spoiled my car. There was no wheel alignment service done. My car began to make sounds and even when I reported the issue, instead of any resolution they took the issue so cold heartedly. Kindly don't trust the shop for service especially. If possible do try some private shops.
Was a good services centre..but not now.. very bad experiences. They deal customer like a burden and not even know how to behave. We have to wait long and look around to find out services personal. Nobody to attend a customer..and speaking very rudely just like a burden is in front of them. They must trained under Maruti's other services centres like Malappuram and Nexa calicut...

Please make sure what is ur vehicle complaint.don't allow them to do additional work because it's more expensive. Because i go there to change my ac filter.the mechanic told me the price is only 350 , but in my bill around 600.and the service guy said they will put wax I don't know for what reason they putting wax but finally they give me 1800 bill for the ac filter changing
Its was very fabulouse experience, good service. Staff are very friendly.. They are expaining each and evry points... Im very happy with am motors perinthalmanna
Showroom is not so big but I really enjoyed their delivery process both service and sales
