This review for Maruti Suzuki Tamilnadu, Retteri chennai branch review.... Dear car lovers I recommend not to do service from here, who loves or likes to maintain their car....... This Maruti team makes me to go in depression and raise blood pressure. If you have money more and if u like to waste that you can come here, I learn a big lesson from this team. I purchased a Maruti Suzuki Dzire ZXI+ from Maruti dealership (Popular vehicles & services, Annanagar). The service made in Maruti Suzuki Service, Retteri 1) Battery of car failed within a week of purchase 2) 10000Km Cletch gone within few months 3) Now 20000Km Cletch gone again due to that we are not getting mileage in highway is the answer given by service person today. Now the reason they said to me is, due to bad driving of driver (15yrs experience driver) the Cletch gone. (Maruti Suzuki Service, Retteri). We have used Chevrolet and hyundai car, now we replaced with maruti for a year back only.I never face any issue with this car for past 15yrs. After purchasing this...........................i dont want to say, the problem i faced. In my social media review, I post about the service people name and incharge in all sites...... You can't expect polite answer or reply from this service center. Money money money speaks a lot............. 100% I assure they provide poor spare parts. Service all eye wash, no proper service, how to talk to a customer they should learn, no politeness you can get from the service person or higher authority. I like to highlight few things, if you didn't change the parts which they say, they say your car wont run, it stop in the middle, breakdown of parts happen in mid of ride......Maruti brand get destroyed by this service center in TamilNadu.
