I got my WagonR 2022 Model 3rd free service done at this place. Advisor was knowledgeable. He suggested only what was required for my car. All the necessary works carried out in a professional way.. no short cuts. The advisor took me to the work bay before engine oil was replaced. Explained the difference of various thickness of oil. Appreciate Mr. Mahadev who took personal care right from taking in for service upto delivery. Very reliable service. They billed only for the work done. I would recommend anyone who wants to get their vehicle serviced at this place if you want professional services and peace of mind about the work done and cost effective billing.

I recently took my car to the service center and I must say that the experience was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the technicians were attentive and professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with regular updates on the status of my car. I am writing this review with sincerity and immense gratitude. I have been a long-time user of a Swift Desire diesel, which features a four-cylinder engine with four glow plugs. Unfortunately, one of these glow plugs had failed, and I encountered great difficulty in attempting to replace it. I initially visited another service center, where their technicians struggled for over two days but were unable to remove the malfunctioning plug. They explained that further attempts might result in hardware damage, leaving a portion of the plug inside the engine. To rectify this, they would need to remove the engine head, incurring significant costs. Faced with this daunting prospect, I decided against proceeding. However, my fortunes changed when I visited Nexus Yelahanka. There, I encountered a mechanic named Purushottam, who took it upon himself to tackle the issue. Remarkably, within just one hour of persistent effort, he successfully removed the stubborn glow plug. Nexus Yelahanka may be a formal service center, but it is individuals like Purushottam who make all the difference. I have been relying on his expertise for over two years, and I must say that his patience, knowledge, and skill surpass those of many service centers I've encountered. I would like to extend a rating of 10 out of 5 stars to Purushottam. He is truly exceptional and deserves the highest commendation.

Such a nice courties staff of Nexus Maruti at Yelahanka that I can't describe in words. The Branch manager is very friendly and helping nature, he understands the requirements of the customers. Executive Mr Kumar is thorough professional in his approach and one would love to be back at this service center more often than not. Insurance executive Mr Ritesh took less than 10 minutes to arrange what was required by the customer. He handled the things so easily that no customer can expect such quick response. Credit card hdfc regalia credit card was not working and had a very bad experience. Will never ever come back here for this reason. Worst experience today. No issues with staff they are wonderful. But the charging machine is very very very bad. Pls improve this

Decent service center, but way too expensive for Maruti. Charges almost equal to Skoda and Volkswagen vehicles.
